Mr. Bass Man, aka Mr. Going to Africa
Similar Jones wishes Judd the absolute best of luck in Kenya. Thanks for the years you gave us, and we'll see you when you get back. -- SJ
Judd has been singing ever since he can remember. He started singing in an organized ensemble in high school and since then has performed many different genres of music, from musical theater to barbershop to folk to classical and sacred. He quickly found his niche at the University of Vermont, where he started singing contemporary a cappella with the Topcats. From there he moved on to Cape Cod and was a founding member of the semi-pro group The Hyannis Sound.
After dabbling in instrumental music (starting an original folk rock band), he has returned to a cappella with Similar Jones. He is grateful to his family for encouraging him to get involved in music at an early age.
